Free Consultation
This meeting is a bit like a first date. We get to know each other, see if we click, ensure we communicate well, and confirm I understand and can deliver on your vision.

Contract & First Payment
If we choose to go forward, couples would sign a contract and pay half of the fee of the selected coordination package. The remaining balance is due the week of the wedding.

First Meeting
In our first meeting, we will gather all the information I need to draft the first version of the wedding-day timeline. This process exposes unfinished tasks, and I will provide you with to-do lists.

Communication
We will edit the timeline several times. There may be in-person meetings, FaceTime calls, emails, and phone calls as we continue to iterate.

Final Countdown
The week before your wedding, we will have a final meeting, approve all wedding documents, and exchange items for which the coordination team is responsible. I will confirm vendors and run your rehearsal if necessary.

Your Wedding Day
It is time for you and your family to enjoy all of your hard work. I will orchestrate and cue each part of the day. My hope is that you don’t have to think about the details, rather have peace knowing I will make sure it all rolls out as you envisioned.
